Subscription Policy

GINSIX offers subscription options on select products for customers who wish to receive recurring deliveries.

Recurring Orders and Payments

When you purchase a subscription, you authorize GINSIX to automatically charge your selected payment method for each recurring order based on the delivery frequency you choose at checkout.

Your payment information is stored securely by our payment provider. GINSIX does not directly store your full payment card information.

Subscription pricing, delivery frequency, and any applicable savings will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Managing Your Subscription

You may manage your subscription at any time through the link provided in your order confirmation or subscription emails.

Depending on your subscription, you may be able to:

• Change your delivery frequency

• Update your payment method or shipping address

• Skip an upcoming delivery

• Pause your subscription

• Cancel your subscription

Available options may vary depending on your subscription plan.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next recurring order is processed.

Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to cancel or modify that shipment. Any returns or refunds for an order that has already been processed are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

There are no cancellation fees.

Pricing

Subscription pricing and any applicable savings are shown at the time of purchase. Subscription pricing may change from time to time. If a change affects an existing subscription, we will provide notice as required by applicable law before the new price takes effect.

Taxes and shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated according to the terms displayed at checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Subscription orders are subject to the same Return & Refund Policy as other GINSIX purchases unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
