When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. GINSIX reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing or inventory errors, unauthorized resale, or other issues affecting fulfillment.

Your order is not accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed.

Products purchased through the Services are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.

Unless otherwise stated, listed prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping charges.

Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary based on destination and order value.

Standard U.S. shipping is currently $10. Complimentary standard U.S. shipping is available on orders of $150 or more, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. GINSIX is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The Services, including our trademarks, brand names, logos, text, photography, graphics, videos, product designs, packaging designs, and other content, are owned by or licensed to Montmed, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

GINSIX is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and GINSIX.

Shopify is not the seller of GINSIX products and is not responsible for the products purchased through our store or for any aspect of the transaction between you and GINSIX, except to the extent required by applicable law.
